Governance Committee
Chair: Angela Carter
The governance committee oversees all governance issues, maintains the bylaws and the policies of the organization. The committee assists the organization in improving its performance through periodic board assessment, executive director assessment, and short and long range planning.
Finance Committee
Chair: Cindy Boyd
The finance committee ensures the accurate tracking, monitoring and accountability for funds, is responsible for presenting to the Board a budget for each fiscal year and for filing of annual paperwork to state to maintain organization as a legal entity in the state of NH and maintain organization’s non-profit status.
Program Committee
Chair: Ea Ksander
The program committee works closely with the Executive Director to develop programs for Leadership Seacoast and works to solicit and encourage quality speakers.
Admissions & Scholarship Committee
Chair: Ryan Bishop
The admissions and scholarship committee is responsible for reviewing all program applications and inviting individuals to become participants in Leadership Seacoast and for awarding to participants any scholarships authorized by the Board.
Marketing, Alumni and Development
Chair: Pat Closson
The marketing and fundraising committee is responsible for marketing the organization to all of its constituents (alumni, sponsors, potential candidates, community organizations, the community at large and other supporters) in order to assist the organization in fulfilling its mission. The committee is also responsible for the procurement of sponsorships and fundraising. The committee is also responsible for regular communication and programming with alumni to keep them engaged in the program and increase volunteer and financial sponsorship.
