Leadership Seacoast

Class of 2021 Application

The mission of Leadership Seacoast is to develop a base of effective, knowledgeable, and engaged community members through the exploration of community issues and opportunities for personal involvement.

Before completing this application, please ensure you’re able to attend the 7 Program Days and the mandatory Opening Retreat on March 3, 2021, 8:00am – 4:30pm as well as Closing Day/Graduation on July 28, 2021. (All program dates can be found by clicking here).

The Leadership Seacoast Admissions Committee seeks to accept a diverse class, representative of our community. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to begin or increase their engagement in the Seacoast community. The ideal application is thorough, demonstrates strong interest in the program and a rationale for completing the program. You may be asked for more information or to interview with an alumnus.

Deadline: Midnight on Friday January 1, 2021. Candidates will be notified by Monday, February 1, 2020.

    IV. Program Commitment and Fees

    Tuition and Fees

    Total tuition and fees for the Class of 2021 are as follows:

    Application Fee: $30 (due with application)

    Tier A for those participating through a for-profit employer: $ 1,800

    This price most accurately reflects the full cost of operating and maintaining the program. This tier helps to ensure that Leadership Seacoast is available and thriving for leaders throughout the region.

    Tier B for those from non-profit organizations or self-employed:$ 1,500

    Thanks to the generosity of our corporate sponsors and alumni, we are able to offer a tuition rate for organizations or individuals who are unable to underwrite the full cost of participation in the program.

    Upon acceptance into the program, you will be asked to select the tier which is most suitable for you and your organization. This is an honor system and your choice does NOT impact the status of your application during review.

    Your signature on this application indicates that you understand the following:

    • A deposit is due upon acceptance and the balance is due in full by the start of the Opening Retreat (unless arrangements have been made with the Executive Director) The cost of the program is either $1,800 or $1,500
    • Tuition is non-transferable and non-refundable
    • I have read and understand the participant responsibilities and attendance policy of Leadership Seacoast participants. I am able to fully participate in the program.
    • My employer (if applicable) and I understand that tuition is due by the Opening Retreat
    • Payment plans for personal tuition payments can also be made by written request to the Executive Director.
