Leadership Seacoast, a local non-profit organization committed to the development of informed and active community leaders, kicked off its 2017 program year with an opening retreat held at The Browne Center for Innovative Learning in Durham, New Hampshire. The day-long event was sponsored by Northeast Credit Union and the Guyton Group.

Thirty-nine Seacoast area leaders will embark on a 6-month experiential learning course that will tackle problems in the community focused on criminal justice, education, economic development, government, health and human services, the environment, and arts and culture.
